Service to Success is supporting a rapidly growing defense technology company building next-generation command and control software for autonomous systems operating in real-world environments. The team develops mission-critical software that helps operators manage sensors, autonomous platforms, AI systems, and operational data in support of defense and national security missions. Their technology is deployed in real-world environments where reliability, speed, and usability directly impact mission success. You'll join a newly formed, high-visibility team working alongside experts in autonomy, robotics, sensing, AI, and defense systems. This is an opportunity to have outsized impact early, work directly with end users, and build software that is actively deployed in operational environments.
Compensation: $135,000 - $200,000 Base + Equity + Comprehensive Benefits
Despite the title, this is a frontend-first engineering role. The team is looking for engineers who genuinely enjoy building user interfaces, solving difficult UX challenges, and creating intuitive experiences for highly technical users operating in complex environments. You will build the command and control interfaces used to manage autonomous systems, visualize real-time sensor and operational data, and support critical decision-making.
