Service to Success is supporting a venture-backed fintech company operating at the intersection of private markets, brokerage infrastructure, and software as they hire a CFO to help lead the business through its next stage of growth. This is a rare opportunity to join a company in one of the most active and closely watched areas of financial services. The business has attracted significant investor interest, is backed by respected investors, and is building infrastructure that sits at the center of how capital is raised, distributed, and managed. The company has already achieved meaningful scale and complexity, and this role will have direct influence on financing strategy, growth initiatives, and long-term company direction. While this role will own the finance function, the company is specifically looking for a CFO who brings deep capital markets experience, strong investor relationships, and a proven track record helping organizations navigate financings and strategic transactions.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a strategic partner to the founders, executive team, and board
• Own finance, treasury, forecasting, reporting, and capital planning across multiple entities
• Help lead future fundraising efforts and financing initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, strategic investors, investment banks, RIAs, broker-dealers, and other capital providers
• Evaluate and support acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and other corporate development opportunities
• Partner with leadership on capital allocation, liquidity planning, and long-term growth strategy
• Build investor-ready reporting, board materials, and financial infrastructure that can scale with the business
• Oversee financial operations across a complex ecosystem that includes brokerage, investment, and operating entities

Requirements

• Significant experience as a CFO, senior finance executive, Head of Finance, Corporate Development leader, investment banker, or capital markets professional
• Prior experience within a broker-dealer, RIA, investment bank, asset manager, private markets platform, fintech, or related financial institution strongly preferred
• Demonstrated track record leading substantial equity raises, debt financings, or other capital formation initiatives involving institutional investors
• Existing network of institutional investors, private equity firms, venture investors, family offices, strategic investors, investment banks, RIAs, and broker-dealers
• Experience leading or playing a significant role in M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, financings, or other complex transactions
• Strong board, investor, and executive communication skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-moving growth environment
